Thank you for helping us advance the work of Operation Nehemiah Missions in South Sudan. Our next mission trip to the South Sudan has been scheduled for May 3rd – May 19th, 2018. I will be traveling with two of our children, Abijah and Nechemyah,........

Scope of the Mission trip to the South Sudan.

The scope of this mission will be primarily administrative, including medical outreach, agricultural projects, and pastoral ordinations. We will also be distributing 500 solar Audio Bible/FM radio receivers to those living in remote areas to hear the Bible read from Genesis to Revelation in various languages.

Our radio station was first established in 2003 during the Islamic war of persecution in The Sudan that had claimed the lives of over 2 million Christians and displaced over 4.5 million into exile between 1982-2005. Christians were scattered abroad and pastors struggled to shepherd their flocks due to lack of sound Biblical teaching.

Today, we have a 300ft radio tower on top of Gordon Mountain in the town of Nimule, Eastern Equatoria State. The Broadcasts currently reach tens of thousands every day from eight am to midnight with the Gospel both in Uganda and South Sudan. "So faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God." Agricultural initiative in full gear: Code named Goshen Food Security, South Sudan 2018

We are thanking God for the funds that were recently provided for critical agricultural development ! In order to help three villages simultaneously during this rainy season, we need more tractors and more disc plows. by the grace of God, we got them both. We are now in position to put four tractors to work in three different villages, and the Beth Israel farmland simultaneously. I will be working with our ground team to strengthen food production in 2018, building on the success of what the Lord has done from last year. When you read this newsletter, remember Joseph's work in Egypt, God used him in averting the Egyptians from pending catastrophic famine looming at the Horizon.

Operation Nehemiah Medical outreach with Cory Lanier in the villages of Opari, Moli and Kerepi , South Sudan We are raising $3,500 to conduct medical/evangelistic outreaches in the remote villages of Opari, Pageri and Moli. We plan to equip our ambulance with tropical medicines and test kits for malaria, typhoid, STD, and Hepatitis B, etc. This Past March, we met a young man by the name Cory Lanier, married and a father of two children, from Florida who will be traveling with us to the South Sudan from May 3rd- May 13th to do some wilderness Medical outreach for the one week he will be there with us on the ground. Due to the shortage of medical personnel, with so much pressing need, we have been facing challenges going about helping people who are truly in medical need. We need some help in the medical area to fulfill some of his outreach effort. As the nature of the current Mission trip is approaching fast, this need is urgent. While meeting the physical and medical needs of the people , we will be also meeting the psoritual need of the people by passing out Solar Bible audios and Solar FM radio receivers to the people who will be getting medical treatment, receiving both physical and spiritual needs.
