Significance of Micah 5: 1-5 in the Birth of Messiah
Christmas signified the birth of Yeshua, Emmanuel, God with us. "But you, Beit Le-chem of Eppthrata, so small among the clans of Y’hudah, out of you will come forth to me the future ruler of Isra’el, whose origins are far in the past,back in ancient times. (3) Therefore he will give up [Isra’el] only until she who is in labor gives birth. Then the rest of his kinsmen will return to the people of Isra’el. (4) He will stand and feed his flock in the strength of Adonai, in the majesty of the name of Adonai his God; and they will stay put, as he grows great to the very ends of the earth; (5) and this will be peace. Micah 5: 1-5

I want to thank God for you and your family on behalf of my family and Operation Nehemiah for standing with us through your prayers and support in 2019. We could not have completed this year successfully without your prayers and support. Through the ups and downs of 2019, the Lord has brought us through. This is how we know He is the one who designs our plans can guide our thoughts.
As we are approaching 2020, we are committing each one of you in our prayers. Taking one day at a time, knowing only by faith what lies ahead of us, we are praying that the Lord will watch over you and your family during the remainder of 2019 into 2020. We are looking forward to co-laboring with with you in 2020.

We are just a week away coming to the end of 2019. Our December 2019, budget is is still short of $15,000. Could you please help us close the gap? It can be done in this few days ahead by the grace of God.
Here are some few highlight. Oranges an Papaya from Beth Israel farmland supersede expectation in 2019
In 2018, we prayed that our main activities in the Beth Israel farmland in 2019 will supersede the previous years. The Lord answered our prayers in that respect. Among all the products from the field, the oranges have done marvelously well. Praise God.
Many people use to ask us why are your oranges green instead of yellow? Well, here are yellow oranges ready for consumption. They are fully ripe and people came from Juba, the capital city of South Sudan to buy them right of the trees. They will be transported to Juba for sale. This is for the first time we moving from subsistence harvesting to a mini commercial entrepreneurial mind set. Slowly but surely,our team on ground are catching this vision of Biblical stewardship. Next years, we are looking into planting a lot of tangerine oranges and in few years time, by God grace, we can supply South Sudan with oranges and orange juice. Thank to your support and prayers. Praise be to God.
Evangelism and Church planting: The Nile Beth Israel, Mugali, Eastern Equatoria State
Last year we prayed that the Lord will open doors for us to expand the Great Commission in other part of South Sudan beyond the Kerepi sub County . Praise God. He has answered our prayers. One of our pastors,who was ordained in May 2018, Pastor Thomas has opened a church in Mugali sub- county. It was started under a tree. The number has been growing steadily. Currently it has over 150 people already. In July, they baptized 11 new believers. The Lord also helps ONMI with fund to support the congregation with a building under construction which will be ready this January 2020. Thank you for helping Operation Nehemiah with fund to build the Nile Beth Israel Congregation. Soon the congregation will have roof over their head instead of worshiping under the tree, contending with rain and wind won't be an issue.
From Yerushalayim Summit , Eastern Equatoria state to Rumbek, Lake State .
Nile Beth Messiah: The Lord has opened another door for us to fulfill the vision of Operation Nehemiah by opening another congregation in Rumbek, in Lake State under Pastor John Thon Makur. The Holy Spirit moved our vision and goal in church planting from Nimule, EE state to 386 miles northward to Rumbek , Lake State . Our prayer and desire is to see that God's work is established throughout South Sudan. Please pray for Pastor John Thon Makur and his flock. A month ago, two of his family members were gunned down by rival tribes for no apparent reason other than tribal conflict over livestock.
They brought their tithe in form of farm products to the house of God.
ONMI Medical Outreach initiative -
Nehemiah Field Clinic has been actively conducting medical outreaches throughout many villages in Eastern Equatoria state since 2004. One of the daunting tasks we have been facing is in the area of shortage of medical personal and medicine. If you are interested to help with Nehemiah Field Clinic Medical outreach on a short term mission trip in 2020, please let us know. Our monthly medical outreach expenses is $1,500 and Education Fund is $1500.00
