ONMI's Polytechnic Institute facility is almost ready in 3-4 months.
Shalom to you brothers and sister in Yeshua. There is no dull moment with the Lord. "Then they replied, “Let’s begin rebuilding right away! So, they readied themselves for this good project." Nehemiah 2:18.
It has been 19 years a vision for a polytechnic institute was conceived in 2004 to come to the forefront of the pack. God's timing is the best. We got more than what we prayed for in just under 2 years. But now, we will need you to bear with us and help us in any way you can to see us through the phases of this transformation.

Two years ago, we envisioned building a church, a nursery school, a primary school, and polytechnic institute in the next 5 years between 2021-2025. The goal of this initiative is to provide the South Sudanese families returning from exile the services which will serve as a microcosm of self-governance as citizens of independent country without reliance so much on heavy handed government welfare and UN driven Relief dependence. We envisioned a permanent spiritual house of worship serving as a center, for prayers, retreat center peacemaking, community’s spiritual stability and healing center from impact of ware and displacement, a Christian school that can provide quality education with Biblical world view to their children and a one-year hand on state-of-the-art polytechnic institute that can provide vocational training for South Sudanese youth. We envision these services will finally plug the leak that has been braining the country. Their vocational skill will keep them as blue-collar workers in their own country, enable some to create their own jobs, become entrepreneurs and be able to provide for their families and raise the standard of living in their localities.
What is happening? In addition to Bethlehem Primary and Nursery school, a successful construction of school project of which you have co-labored with us to see us through, we have received a huge facility as donation to ONMI from unlikely individual and in unlikely country of South Sudan.

God used this gentleman to demonstrate to us that someone from that end appreciates your benevolence support to Operation Nehemiah missions for the past 30 years. He appreciated your effort by acknowledging that ONMI’s mission effort in South Sudan through American believers in Yeshua has touched the soul of thousands. He also sees the immenseness of the outgoing work of rehabilitation of people living in that country whom he loves so much. Instead of being a spectator, he put his head in the ring and stepped to the plate to encourage and lift up the arms of ONMI and our generous benefactors here in the USA.

A generous South Sudanese ambassador one of a kind, who is my neighbor living deep in the village has donated his entire property with 19 rooms in 7 buildings to ONMI to use as a Spiritual outreach facility to rehabilitate the lives of people coming from exile. He has been moving in and out of the country to serve the country as South Sudan emissary to foreign countries. The gentleman who donated the property to ONMI does not live there. In 2016-2020 during the national Crisis that has engulfed South Sudan, the house which is just 3 miles from ONMI’s Bethlehem mission center was deserted and partially looted in the chaos that gripped the country for 5 years. His house miraculously remains in most part intact. In October 2022, he wrote a MOU to me for ONMI to assume ownership of the property and use the property to advance the Great Commission because he has witnessed the blessings that ONMI has brought to the community. He wants to see the lives of the young people rehabilitated both physically and spiritually as many of them returning from the refugee camps without hope.
During those years, every time I came down on a mission trip, I always visited the soldiers and their commanders living at the Ambassador house. I prayed for them and encouraged them, to turn their lives to God and prayed over the property of Ambassador which they were occupying. In 2021, when the army vacated the place, we didn’t think much of it as it was private property thinking that Ambassador will come back to restore his house. But no, nothing happened. It has been sitting there in desolation. The place became infested with alcoholics, opium growers, squatters, and immoral activities. Doors were pulled down; the main gate was blown open and the property is bound for wildfire destruction this coming dry season if something is not done about it. The inside and out of the house is overgrown with foliage. It is for this reason, the Ambassador consulted me to take over his property and use it for the work of God to support the community. He signed Memorandum of understanding with us to take ownership and make use of his property as we see fit indefinitely. Therefore, I pray and hope that you will join me in the restoration process of this property to be used for the glory of God.
